Maja Kolega

Dr. Maja Kolega is an Assistant Professor at VERN’ University in Zagreb, Croatia, where she teaches in the field of psychology and communication. A psychologist by training, she brings more than 20 years of experience in education, training, and professional development. Her work focuses on organisational learning, experiential learning, communication skills, teamwork, and well-being in the workplace. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered numerous educational programmes that help individuals adapt to changing professional environments. In MOOC 1, Maja leads the webinar on career adaptability, supporting learners in developing the skills, resilience, and mindset needed to thrive in an evolving world of work.

Milena Konatar

Dr. Milena Konatar is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, where she teaches labour economics, public finance, social policy, and taxation. Her research focuses on labour markets, economic development, and public policy, with particular attention to the Western Balkans region. She has contributed to numerous research projects examining employment trends, informal work, and economic transformation. Passionate about helping young people understand the forces shaping their futures, Milena connects economic insights with real-world developments. In MOOC 1, she lectures on how labour markets are evolving and what these changes mean for future careers and opportunities.

Jovan Djurakovic

Dr. Jovan Đurašković is Associate Professor and Vice Dean for Scientific Research at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro. His expertise lies in economic policy, labour markets, social policy, and sustainable development. He has taught and conducted research internationally and has participated in projects supported by organizations such as UNDP, UNICEF, ILO, Erasmus+, and Horizon Europe. Through his work, he explores how economic and social changes shape opportunities for individuals and societies. In MOOC 1, Jovan contributes to the webinar on labour market transformation, helping learners understand the trends and challenges that are redefining work across the region and beyond.

Monika Aksentievska

Monika Aksentievska, MA, is a researcher and media literacy educator at the Institute of Communication Studies (ICS), Macedonia. Her work focuses on media and digital literacy, critical thinking, futures-oriented learning, and the development of innovative educational programmes. She has extensive experience designing and facilitating learning activities that encourage reflection, curiosity, and active participation. Passionate about helping people navigate uncertainty, she works at the intersection of education and social change. In MOOC 1, Monika co-facilitates webinars on Futures Literacy, guiding learners to explore multiple futures of work and strengthen their adaptability for emerging challenges and opportunities.

Jordanka Cherepnalkova-Trajkoska

Jordanka Cherepnalkova-Trajkoska, MA, is Organizational Learning and Development Manager at the Institute of Communication Studies (ICS), Macedonia. A psychologist, researcher, and educator, she brings more than 20 years of experience in education, communications, and capacity building. Her work focuses on transformative learning, futures literacy, critical thinking, and the development of skills needed to navigate complex social and professional environments. As coordinator of the BTTF project, she is particularly interested in empowering people to become active shapers of their futures. In MOOC 1, Jordanka co-facilitates webinars on Futures Literacy and the future of work.

Sasa Popovic

Dr. Saša Popović is Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, with expertise in finance, investment analysis, and emerging economic trends. Alongside extensive teaching experience at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, he has held several academic leadership roles and participated in numerous international research and educational initiatives. His work bridges academic knowledge and real-world developments in finance and technology. Through teaching and research, he helps students understand how innovation is transforming economies and decision-making processes. In MOOC 2, Saša lectures on blockchain technology and its growing role in shaping future economic and digital systems.

Dusan Barac

Dr. Dušan Barać is Full Professor and Vice Dean for Corporate Affairs and Innovation at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. With more than 18 years of experience in consulting and digital innovation projects, he has worked across areas such as digital transformation, e-commerce, IT project management, artificial intelligence, and e-learning systems. His career combines academic research with practical experience in designing and implementing technology-driven solutions. Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, he helps learners understand the opportunities and challenges created by emerging technologies. In MOOC 2, Dušan lectures on understanding emerging technologies and their impact on society and business.

Samir Foric

Dr. Samir Forić is Professor of Sociology at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Sarajevo, and Editor-in-Chief of the Sarajevo Social Science Review. His interdisciplinary research spans sociology, law, and political science, with a focus on digital society, legal institutions, gender equality, constitutional politics, and social norms. Through his teaching and scholarly work, he explores how technological, social, and political transformations shape contemporary societies and governance systems. Within the BTTF project he coordinates the University of Sarajevo team. In MOOC 2, Samir lectures on the critical analysis of algorithms and their influence on everyday life, while encouraging learners to reflect on alternative governance futures and the societal implications of digital technologies.

Mihajlo Lahtov

Mihajlo Lahtov, MA, is a researcher, communication expert, and media literacy educator at Institute of Communication Studies, Macedonia. With more than 20 years of experience in journalism, media development, research, and training, he specializes in media literacy, information integrity, and democratic participation. His work focuses on helping individuals and communities navigate increasingly complex information environments. Through research and education, he promotes critical engagement with media and digital technologies. In MOOC 3, Mihajlo lectures on media futures and information ecosystems, exploring how technological and societal changes are reshaping communication and public discourse.

Tamara Kunic

Dr. Tamara Kunić is Assistant Professor and Head of the Cyber Communication and Network Science and Business Communication Management programmes at VERN’ University, Croatia. She teaches journalism, digital media, communication, and media ethics, while her research explores contemporary media landscapes, participatory journalism, online communities, and digital communication. As a researcher and editor, she is committed to understanding how media systems evolve and how communication practices adapt to technological change. In MOOC 3, Tamara lectures on the transformation of media landscapes and the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of communication.

Tihana Babic

Dr. Tihana Babić is Assistant Professor at VERN’ University, Croatia, where she teaches courses in communication, ethics, academic writing, and research methods. Her research focuses on digital culture, social media communication, information literacy, and communication in higher education. She is particularly interested in how digital environments influence learning, collaboration, and the way people consume and share information. Combining teaching, research, and institutional leadership experience, she supports learners in developing critical and reflective communication skills. As the VERN project coordinator within the BTTF project, Tihana oversees communication, coordination, and collaboration with project partners, supporting the smooth implementation of project activities and team engagement.

Milan Okanovic

Milan Okanović is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, specializing in marketing, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital communication. His work connects academia, industry, and the startup ecosystem, supporting innovators and organizations in navigating change and building meaningful connections with audiences. Alongside teaching and research, he has extensive experience in strategic communications, branding, market research, and startup mentoring. He is particularly interested in how emerging technologies influence trust, communication, and innovation. In MOOC 3, Milan lectures on platform dynamics, signals of change, and communication in an AI-driven world.

Djordje Krivokapic

Dr. Đorđe Krivokapić is Associate Professor of ICT Law at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. His teaching and research focus on technology law, data protection, digital rights, ethics, and governance in the digital age. He is also a co-founder of the SHARE Foundation, where he has worked extensively on issues related to privacy, freedom of expression, and public interest in digital environments. Combining expertise in law, technology, and society, he explores how innovation can be guided responsibly. In MOOC 3, Đorđe helps learners critically examine emerging technologies and the ethical questions they raise.

Mihallaq Qirjo

Dr. Mihallaq Qirjo is Associate Professor at the Department of Biology, University of Tirana, with extensive experience in ecology, environmental education, and sustainability. His research focuses on terrestrial ecosystems, climate change impacts, and the role of education in promoting environmental awareness and action. Alongside his academic work, he has contributed to institutional and capacity development initiatives in environmental management across Albania and the Western Balkans. Through international collaborations and projects, including Erasmus+ initiatives on sustainable development, he supports innovative approaches to environmental learning and engagement. Mihallaq also coordinates the University of Tirana team within the BTTF project. In MOOC 4, he lectures on climate futures and planetary challenges, helping learners explore the environmental transformations shaping our shared future.

Ani Bajrami

Ani Bajrami is an environmental anthropologist at the University of Tirana whose work explores the relationships between people and nature. Her research focuses on Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) and its role in supporting the conservation, restoration, and sustainable management of protected areas. More recently, she has expanded her work to include science literacy, environmental communication, and public engagement with science, examining how knowledge is produced, communicated, trusted, and acted upon in response to complex environmental challenges. Through her research and educational activities, Ani promotes dialogue between scientific knowledge, local communities, and sustainable development. In MOOC 4, she lectures on climate, trust, and the future of knowledge, exploring how misinformation, digital platforms, and algorithmic systems shape public understanding of climate issues and influence collective responses to environmental change.

Fundime Miri

Dr. Fundime Miri is Associate Professor at the Department of Biology, University of Tirana with a long teaching experience in the field of zoology. Her research focuses on the ecology of aquatic organisms, with emphasis on their role in ecological assessment and environmental monitoring, contributing to aquatic biodiversity conservation and ecosystem management. Alongside her teaching and research activities, she serves as a tutor in the Bachelor’s programme in Biology at the University of Tirana, providing academic guidance, mentoring, and support for students’ learning throughout their studies. Within BTTF programme, Fundime serves as a tutor for MOOC 4, supporting and guiding students throughout the course.

Sarina Bakic

Dr. Sarina Bakić is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Sarajevo. Her work focuses on culture, identity, social inequality, memory, and the inclusion of marginalized groups in contemporary societies. Through teaching and research, she explores how social and technological change affects participation, representation, and belonging. She is the author and co-author of several books and numerous scholarly publications, and her contributions to research and public debate have been recognized with a University of Sarajevo award for scientific excellence. Sarina also serves on several academic and professional bodies, including the UNESCO Scientific and Art Board for Europe and the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In MOOC 4, she lectures on equality, inclusion, and social futures, exploring how technological and societal transformations can either reinforce or challenge existing inequalities and shape more inclusive futures.

Asim Mujkic

Dr. Asim Mujkić is Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Sarajevo, and Co-Director of the European Regional Master's Programme in Democracy and Human Rights in South-Eastern Europe, jointly delivered by the Universities of Sarajevo and Bologna. His research and teaching focus on philosophy, political theory, democracy, human rights, ethics, and questions of social and political identity. A member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, he is the author of several influential books and numerous scholarly publications exploring citizenship, justice, nationalism, and democratic participation. Through his work, he encourages critical reflection on the values and responsibilities that shape societies and their futures. In MOOC 4, Asim lectures on human rights, nature, and the future, helping learners explore the ethical dimensions of sustainability, social change, and human development.

Selma Alispahic

Selma Alispahić is a Senior Teaching Assistant and PhD candidate in Sociology at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Sarajevo. Her research interests include ethics and social justice, gender studies, nationalism, sociology of culture and religion, and feminist and queer theory. Educated in sociology, philosophy, democracy and human rights, and international gender studies, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to teaching and research. In the BTTF project, Selma serves as a tutor for MOOCs 2 and 4, guiding and supporting students throughout their learning journey and collaborative activities.

Ivan Todorovic

Ivan Todorović is a lecturer, consultant, and researcher at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. His expertise spans innovation, entrepreneurship, business model development, organizational design, and startup development. Through more than 60 projects across the public and private sectors, he has supported organizations and entrepreneurial teams in designing solutions to complex challenges. He is passionate about experiential learning and helping learners translate ideas into practical action. Within the BTTF programme, Ivan serves as a tutor for MOOCs 2 and 3, supporting participants throughout their learning journey and collaborative activities.

Slavica Cicvarić Kostić

Dr. Slavica Cicvarić Kostić is Full Professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, where she leads the Center for Marketing and chairs the Master's Programme in Strategic Marketing and Communications. She is also a Visiting Professor at Bologna Business School, University of Bologna, and the University of Rijeka. Her expertise spans strategic communications, marketing, innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational development, combining extensive academic experience with a strong professional background in the private sector. Through her teaching, research, and consulting work, she supports organizations in fostering innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and effective communication strategies. Within the BTTF project, Slavica leads and coordinates project implementation on behalf of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of project activities across the partnership.

Slađana Barjaktarović Rakočević

Dr. Slađana Barjaktarović Rakočević is Full Professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, where she teaches courses in finance, management accounting, banking, and fintech. Her expertise spans financial management, banking, financial markets, entrepreneurship, and innovation, combining academic research with extensive professional experience in consulting and business development. She has held visiting appointments at universities across Europe and participated in international study and research programmes, contributing to knowledge exchange in finance and management. Alongside her academic work, she is an author of numerous scientific publications, a certified mentor for early-stage start-ups, and a strategic and financial consultant. Within the BTTF project, Slađana contributes to the development of MOOCs and supports the organization and implementation of project events and learning activities.
